This policy will not cover minor damage such as dents, dings, scratches or chipped paint. It should be pointed out that extreme care is taken in the loading and unloading of your vehicle from the vessel. If your vehicle is severely damaged by fire, water, or terminal mishap your claim will be processed and paid in a reasonable period of time. To help with process of your claims it is advisable to take pictures of your vehicle at the port of embarkation before it is loaded on to the vessel.
